We work across sport, culture, government, and enterprise, delivering brand endorsement, campaigns and production, and content and social.
About The Role
We are looking for a Production Intern who lives and breathes short-form content - someone who instinctively understands what performs on Reels, TikTok, and YouTube and can execute it at pace.
You will edit real content for real clients across sport, culture, and enterprise from day one.
Fast-paced, creative, and platform-native - this role is built for someone who wants to grow quickly in social content production.
Social-First Content Production
- Edit and produce fast-turnaround video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
- Apply platform-native editing techniques - trending transitions, text overlays, audio sync, hooks
- Resize, transcode, and optimise content for multi-platform playback (9:16, 4:5, 16:9)
- Create lower thirds, basic motion graphics, and visual elements to enhance short-form content
Creative Development
- Assist with video concepts, moodboards, and content briefs for social campaigns
- Monitor trends - viral content, transitions, formats, and emerging AI tools - and bring ideas to the team
- Contribute to innovation meetings with platform-relevant creative concepts
Production & Organisation
- Assist on production shoots - equipment setup, lighting, and BTS capture
- Conduct quality checks - audio sync, glitches, formatting errors - before review
- Maintain organised digital filing - raw footage, project files, B-roll libraries, and final masters
- Track video tasks, render timelines, and delivery dates using project management tools
- Ensure colour grading, fonts, and visual styles align with brand guidelines across all outputs
What We Are Looking For
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Film Production, Media Studies, Digital Content Creation, or similar
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro - essential
- Familiarity with After Effects (motion graphics) and Photoshop (asset prep) - highly regarded
- Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, frame rates, and file compression
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow - you troubleshoot before you ask
- You are social-native - you understand what performs on Reels, TikTok, and YouTube and why
- Fast-paced, deadline-driven, and comfortable working across multiple formats simultaneously
- Natural sense of timing and rhythm - you edit for attention, not just aesthetics
- A video portfolio or showreel showcasing your editing work - required
