Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Address guest concerns online and manage the brand’s online reputation and customer service.
• Engage with the online community and respond to comments, questions, and reviews.
• Write copy that communicates the brand’s atmosphere and maintain consistent tone, style, and messaging.
• Produce content highlighting dining, nightlife offerings, and promotions.
• Manage a regular posting schedule and review content for accuracy, grammar, and style.
• Track and analyze social media and campaign metrics, then prepare and distribute performance reports.
• Capture video content during photoshoots, events, and activations for social media stories.
• Monitor online review platforms and respond promptly and appropriately.
• Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Work with colleagues to develop and execute new event concepts.
