Compensation
- Fixed salary of AED 2,800 per month.
Requirements and qualifications
- Proven Bakery Chef de Partie experience in a luxury hotel or pool-operation establishment.
- A culinary degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Culinary techniques, presentation, plating, and safe kitchen-equipment use are expected.
- Organizational and leadership skills are needed to lead and inspire the culinary team.
- Knowledge of HACCP, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant operations is required.
- A proactive approach to menu development and culinary concepts is expected.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes and oversee a designated kitchen division; organize the section before service.
- Collaborate with senior chefs on seasonal menus and culinary concepts; develop dishes, menu components, and displays.
- Lead, train, and mentor the culinary team, including guidance on techniques, time management, and kitchen safety.
- Monitor ingredient stock and order with a minimum-waste approach.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and a sanitary kitchen; coordinate with colleagues during service and special occasions.
- Participate in menu tastings, assessments, and staff training.
