About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for multiple brands.
• Write compelling captions and content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and internal teams to produce content.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Track engagement, reach, and performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
• Assist in covering company events, project launches, site visits, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing social media for real estate, hospitality, construction, or luxury brands.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools.
• Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is an advantage.
