The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural BIM Modeler to join our technical team immediately.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, precise BIM models from concept through to construction documentation, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed 3D architectural models using Revit in compliance with project BIM standards and ISO 19650 workflows.
- Extract accurate 2D documentation, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and architectural details from the BIM model.
- Perform internal clash detection and collaborate closely with structural and MEP modeling teams to resolve spatial conflicts.
- Ensure model health, clean file architecture, and proper linking of consultant models within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Modify and update models swiftly based on design changes, site site-conditions, or technical coordination notes.
Qualifications & Expertise
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeler, specifically working on high-end residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Familiarity with Cloud collaboration tools (BIM 360 / ACC) is highly preferred.
- Standards: Good understanding of BIM protocols, modeling best practices, and multidisciplinary coordination logic.
- Joining Status: Must be available to join immediately (Candidates on canceled visas, visit visas, or with immediate release will be prioritized).
- Location: Currently based in the UAE.
