Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Dubai.
The Telesales Representative will engage with potential customers to promote real estate offerings, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into opportunities.
Key responsibilities
include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and support, and achieving sales targets by identifying customer needs, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions.
Collaboration with the sales and marketing team to implement effective strategies is integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with potential clients.
- Customer service and customer support experience to ensure client satisfaction and handle queries efficiently.
- Proven sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training to refine skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (especially Arabic and English) is beneficial but not required.
