About the Role
We are seeking a highly proficient and detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeller to drive the development, coordination, and delivery of complex building services models for our ongoing project portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) modelling, ensuring seamless multidisciplinary coordination and technical accuracy across all project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
Multidisciplinary Modelling: Author highly accurate 3D BIM models for Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing systems in strict accordance with project requirements and engineering layouts.
Clash Detection & Coordination: Perform spatial coordination, execute clash detection matrices, and proactively resolve interdisciplinary conflicts using Navisworks.
Technical Documentation: Extract comprehensive shop drawings, builders' work drawings, and schematic details directly from the coordinated BIM environment.
Standards Adherence: Ensure all deliverables comply with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), internal QA/QC procedures, and relevant industry standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Expertise: Proven experience as an MEP BIM Modeller, ideally within a professional engineering consultancy or major contracting environment.
Software Mastery: Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage is mandatory.
Coordination Skills: Strong understanding of building services logic, clearance requirements, and structural/architectural interfacing.
Availability Requirement
Immediate joiners only.
