Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise site execution and installation of decorative metal and related interior works.
- Coordinate daily activities among site teams, production, and project stakeholders.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and project requirements.
- Resolve technical and site matters with clients, architects, consultants, and engineers.
- Inspect sites and monitor workmanship, quality, and compliance with approved requirements.
- Track progress and keep work aligned with schedules; plan manpower and delegate tasks.
- Support projects through completion and prepare site documentation, access passes, and progress reports.
- Assist with billing and commercial or accounting matters; address issues and escalate when needed.
- Guide and train installation teams in safety, quality, and workmanship standards.
- Deliver projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of UAE site experience is essential.
- Proven interior decorative metal, glass, or aluminium sector experience is mandatory.
- At least 3–5 years as a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, or Project Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant equivalent qualification.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Strong technical understanding of site execution and installation processes.
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and delegate across site and production teams.
- Independent decision-making and ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
