Supervise and coordinate day-to-day interior site activities, ensuring accurate execution in line with approved drawings and design intent.
Site Supervision and Coordination
- Coordinate architects, interior designers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other agencies.
- Check measurements and dimensions, sequence contractor work, and follow up on materials, manpower, timelines, and pending work.
- Monitor progress, prepare snag and pending-work lists, and coordinate resolution of site issues.
- Coordinate samples, mock-ups, finishes, approvals, and drawing clarifications; ensure approved materials and finishes are used.
- Maintain progress records, attend site meetings, communicate project updates, and keep the site organized and professional.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in interior execution, site supervision, or site coordination.
- Strong ability to read and interpret interior drawings; practical understanding of interior execution and construction processes.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, carpentry, furniture, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and related works.
- Good contractor and vendor coordination, communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to independently supervise site activities, manage multiple agencies, and identify execution issues.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required; hands-on interior site experience.
Preferred Background
- Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
Pay
- ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month.
