Purchase Manager for interior design and turnkey projects.

Key responsibilities
- Source and procure interior materials, furniture, hardware, electrical, plumbing, and finishing products.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers; build reliable vendor relationships and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Create purchase orders, track order status, compare quotations, and prepare cost-analysis reports.
- Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to ensure materials are available on time.
- Monitor inventory, arrange replenishment, and ensure materials meet quality standards.
- Track deliveries, resolve supply delays, and maintain procurement records, invoices, purchase records, and vendor details.
- Handle multiple purchase orders and research new suppliers and competitive pricing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and purchase orders simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a cost-conscious approach.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP or procurement software is an advantage.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- The description states ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month based on experience and separately lists pay of ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month.
