The company seeks enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives for three positions.
The role sells interior design packages, modular solutions, and company services.
Work Location
- The role is in person and requires field visits, client meetings, and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and incoming lead enquiries.
- Generate new business leads through field visits.
- Visit apartment projects, residential sites, and potential customer locations.
- Understand prospective and existing customer requirements.
- Explain interior design packages, modular solutions, and company services.
- Build client relationships and follow up through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with design, execution, and purchase teams.
- Maintain CRM records, sales records, and daily visit reports.
- Research potential customers and competitors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing abilities are required.
- Basic knowledge of home interiors and modular concepts is required.
- Basic sales and customer-handling skills are required.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge and WhatsApp follow-up skills are required.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits is required.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of sales experience are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month.
