Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior fit-out and finishing work at project sites and ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and design requirements.
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD working, detailed, elevation, section, and shop drawings; take site measurements and revise drawings for site conditions.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, project managers, contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, painting, stone, and furniture work.
- Monitor workmanship, finishing quality, material usage, and project progress; identify drawing/site discrepancies and coordinate revisions.
- Maintain daily progress records and report delays, issues, and material requirements.
- Conduct snagging, rectification, and final quality checks before handover; maintain site cleanliness, organization, and basic safety standards.
Qualifications and skills
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision or fit-out execution.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and detailed technical drawing preparation.
- Ability to read and prepare plans, elevations, sections, shop drawings, and construction details.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, site measurements, and execution methods.
- Good contractor, labour, and vendor coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month.
