Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior site activities and coordinate contractors and trades.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and design requirements; monitor quality and progress.
- Coordinate with the project team, report progress, and check site measurements and material needs.
- Promote efficient material use, resolve site issues, and help meet project schedules.
- Conduct inspections, maintain site records, and coordinate timely material deliveries with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain site housekeeping, safety, and discipline; prepare daily or weekly progress reports.
Required skills and qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant interior fit-out site supervision experience.
- Knowledge of interior execution, construction practices, drawings, materials, finishes, and listed trade works.
- Coordination, communication, problem-solving, site-management, and contractor-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Compensation
- The description lists a salary package of ₹2.0–5.0 LPA based on experience and skills.
- It also lists pay of ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month.
