Key responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and incoming lead enquiries.
- Generate new leads through field visits to apartment projects, residential sites, and potential customer locations.
- Meet prospective and existing customers, understand their requirements, and explain interior design packages, modular solutions, and company services.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits, and build strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with design, execution, and purchase teams.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp; maintain CRM, sales records, and daily visit reports.
- Research potential customers and competitors.
- Coordinate internally to support timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Required skills
- Good communication and convincing abilities, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of home interiors and modular concepts, sales, and customer handling.
- Ability to understand customer requirements.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
- Candidates with 4–6 years of sales experience are preferred.
Compensation
- Compensation is ₹35,000–₹60,000 per month.
Workplace
