The Site Supervisor oversees daily site operations, manpower, and site activities.
The role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards and project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise site activities and coordinate workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, performance, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure work meets project schedules, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Conduct inspections, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions with management and departments.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, maintain records, and keep the site clean and organized.
- Report delays, operational challenges, and safety risks; ensure personnel follow company procedures.
Requirements and qualifications
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Experience in manpower management, site operations, or construction is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and work independently with responsibility for site operations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- PSBD supervisor license required; UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Full-time, on-site work in the UAE.
