Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site operations for interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate and monitor carpentry, joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, MEP, and finishing works.
- Allocate tasks and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and equipment on site.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues.
- Monitor productivity and ensure efficient utilization of manpower.
- Assist in project handovers and snagging activities.
- Maintain site records, attendance, and daily progress reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
- Experience managing site labor and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on commercial, retail, hospitality, F&B, and residential fit-out projects.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
