Field Trainer

Overview

• Support in implementing national training strategy and measure the impact.
• Animate training sessions.
• Coach Sales Ambassadors and conduct one on one coaching sessions.
• Support Managers in store in the coaching of their teams.
• Propose and implement SA action plan in collaboration with Managers in store.
• Is an ambassador of the brand and our expertise.
• To work in close collaboration with the Senior Retail Trainer to ensure the training needs of the organization are met and that all team members have received the necessary training support by scheduling individual and team training plans on a regular basis.
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs and create, in collaboration with the Senior Retail Trainer needed training on selling skills, KPI improvement and training tools.
• Work in collaboration with the Line Managers, Senior Manager, CRM and Client Development Manager to plan, organize and execute training calendar, clearly identifying topics and subjects that are suited to the business needs in terms of new arrivals, slow movers, selling skills and customer service.
• Ensure quality of theoretical and practical knowledge transfer and choose the most appropriate delivery method per case (e.g., on-the-job-training, blended learning, role playing…).
• Animate group or individual training sessions: Induction, product, expertise, selling skills.
• Coach as needed.
• Be exemplary in expertise and selling, in classroom and on field.
• To lead the coaching and in-store initiatives related to and in preparation for Mystery Shopping (when applicable).
• Report on training program effectiveness
• Create an open-communication climate and gather team members’ preferences for potential training.
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training record.
• Stay up to date with employee development trends.
