Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, passionate, and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the growth and visibility of Anfasic across retail, digital, and experiential channels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, coordinating brand activations, supporting product launches, and enhancing customer engagement while maintaining the brand's luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and events.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Manage social media content calendars and collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content.
  • Monitor social media performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with retail teams to ensure brand consistency across all stores and touchpoints.
  • Support influencer partnerships, media collaborations, and PR initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing brand events, activations, VIP experiences, and fragrance workshops.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, designers, and production vendors.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with Anfasic's brand guidelines and luxury image.
  • Support CRM and customer retention initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Experience coordinating events, activations, and influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
