Floor Supervisor-Interior Fit out

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily fit-out activities on site for luxury villas, retail stores, and commercial projects.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to project schedules and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all finishing works meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues related to workmanship, safety, or project delays.
• Manage site manpower allocation and monitor productivity.
• Verify materials delivered on site and ensure proper storage and utilization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Report project progress, challenges, and resource requirements to management.
• Assist in snagging, de-snagging, project handovers, and client inspections.
• Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and records of completed work.

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out supervision.
• Mandatory experience in luxury villa and high-end retail fit-out projects within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of fit-out processes, finishing works, joinery, MEP coordination, and project execution.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and site teams.

• Good knowledge of quality standards and site safety requirements.
