Job description
Develop and implement the project program on site in an organized, cost-effective manner, following approved design and quality standards and agreed timelines.
Responsibilities
- Obtain project drawings, assess material and manpower requirements, and submit approved material needs to the Purchase Department.
- Monitor progress against the project plan and report discrepancies or delays for corrective action.
- Organize and manage the workforce, supervise the site, and update the Manager on project progress.
- Address technical and engineering problems, additional manpower needs, and drawing changes in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Site Management on adherence to the project program and highlight discrepancies.
- Complete quality checks and checklists with the QC Inspector to ensure work meets specifications.
- Coordinate site demobilization and prepare applicable completion reports.
- Execute consultant snag lists, oversee subcontractors, and monitor work for timely completion and compliance.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in interior contracting or the construction industry.
