Role purpose
Provide guests with an exceptional customer experience in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide positive, professional service that meets high standards and exceeds guest expectations.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and promptly, following brand service standards.
- Prepare beverages according to established standards and recipes; maintain knowledge of coffee and menu items to describe and recommend products.
- Maintain food and beverage quality and consistency in line with brand and company standards.
- Maintain stock levels to meet customer demand and support smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene; conduct audits and quality checks as required.
- Follow company and municipality procedures for food and beverage preparation.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly, including customer database cards.
- Receive authorized payments, issue receipts, and reconcile receipts with sales figures.
- Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.
Experience and qualifications
- No experience is required, but an interest in the hospitality industry is a must.
- Certification in Food and Beverage or Catering is advantageous.
