Supports retail operations across the UAE and GCC by minimizing shrinkage, protecting company assets, and promoting compliance and accountability across stores.
The role requires a hands-on, organized, flexible specialist who can support business needs across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct store audits, compliance reviews, and self-assessment evaluations.
- Investigate inventory losses, cash shortages, theft, fraud, and policy violations; manage cases through closure and corrective action.
- Review CCTV footage, monitor shrinkage, identify operational gaps, and recommend loss-reduction measures.
- Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel; assess compliance during store visits.
- Train store teams on loss prevention, stock control, cash handling, and security awareness.
- Coordinate with internal teams, security providers, mall management, and authorities as needed.
- Check CCTV, EAS, and alarm systems; identify opportunities to strengthen controls and protect assets.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 2–3 years in loss prevention, asset protection, retail security, store compliance, or investigations.
- Experience in retail stores or hospitality with multi-site operations in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong understanding of shrinkage reduction, stock loss prevention, store controls, and retail operations.
- Experience conducting investigations and preparing findings reports.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and travel across stores when required.
- Fluent in English; valid UAE driving license required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
