Seeking an experienced Site Engineer for construction projects in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site workers; review engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Monitor progress and timely completion, conduct site inspections, and maintain quality control.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation; manage manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure health and safety compliance, resolve technical and site issues, and coordinate consultant inspections and approvals.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and confirm work meets project standards.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- At least five years of relevant site engineering experience; construction project experience is required, with UAE experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to manage site activities and meet deadlines.
