The role is Site Coordinator – Event Operations, based at Dubai Hills Business Park, Dubai.
Event site coordination
- Assist in coordinating event setup, operations and breakdown according to the approved event plan.
- Coordinate vendor and supplier access, deliveries, installation and removal of required materials and services.
- Provide on-site support for signage, event infrastructure, guest-facing areas and other arrangements.
- Work with the Site Manager, Emaar teams, vendors, staff and volunteers to facilitate workflow and address site challenges.
- Serve as an on-site coordination point, relaying instructions and operational updates between stakeholders.
- Report issues, delays, damages, shortages and operational concerns promptly and support resolution.
- Support quality checks to ensure event setup and operational areas align with approved plans and Emaar standards.
- Assist the event response team during unforeseen circumstances or emergencies and follow escalation procedures.
- Support dismantling, site clearance, vendor departures and handover through completion of breakdown.
- Attend operational briefings and provide status updates and shift handovers when requested.
Schedule availability
- Be available for flexible schedules, including extended hours, weekends, public holidays, overnight shifts and NYE operations as required.
Workplace
- The role includes on-site event support at the stated Dubai work location.
