Site Civil Engineer overseeing residential and commercial construction projects in Dubai.
The role covers project planning, execution, supervision, and compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage G+1 building projects from planning through completion.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
Requirements
- Attested bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and valid Dubai Municipality G+1 Engineer Approval are required.
- At least 1–2 years of UAE construction experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and construction standards is required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software is required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
