HR & Finance Executive

Role overview

Human resources responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee, attendance, leave, and personnel records; assist with payroll processing and salary records.
• Monitor visa processing, labour documentation, and employment contract renewals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies; coordinate employee relations and performance documentation.

Finance and accounting responsibilities

• Handle daily financial transactions, invoicing, petty cash, and expense tracking; maintain records and assist with bookkeeping.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and supplier payments.
• Assist with monthly reports, reconciliations, and budget tracking; monitor restaurant costs and cash flow.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and relevant authorities when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and finance administration.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll procedures, HR administration, bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/accounting software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills; accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Restaurant, hospitality, or F&B experience and UAE experience are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
• Salary is based on experience.

Workplace

• Work is in person in Downtown Dubai, opposite Dubai Fountains.
