Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally greet guests upon arrival.
• Manage guest seating and table allocation efficiently.
• Handle reservations, walk-ins, and guest inquiries.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and coordinate table availability with the restaurant team.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.
• Maintain awareness of VIP guests, special occasions, and guest preferences.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and exceptional service.
• Assist the restaurant team with maintaining a high standard of guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess or Host in a fine dining, upscale, or luxury restaurant is required.
• Experience working in a restaurant serving alcohol is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Candidates should be professional, confident, and welcoming.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant reservations and seating procedures is required.
• Candidates must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective English communication is required.
• Experience with reservation systems is an advantage.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
