Civil Engineer role requiring valid Dubai Municipality G+1 approval.
The role oversees residential and commercial construction projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage G+1 building construction projects from planning through completion.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
Requirements
- Attested bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid Dubai Municipality G+1 Engineer Approval.
- Minimum 3 years of construction experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and construction standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
