Restaurant Supervisor

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and lead the front-of-house team during service.
• Maintain high standards of food, beverage, service, and guest experience.
• Welcome guests and handle feedback, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, host or hostess, and management teams.
• Monitor table allocation, reservations, guest flow, and service efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and UAE regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage menus, including alcoholic beverages.
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, opening and closing procedures, and operational tasks.
• Monitor staff performance, grooming, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Maintain a polished luxury restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Two to three years of Restaurant Supervisor or similar supervisory experience in fine dining, upscale dining, or luxury hospitality is required.
• Previous experience in an alcohol-serving restaurant is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and fine dining service standards is required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Professional appearance and strong guest-service orientation are required.
• Good command of English is required.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy, high-end restaurant environment is required.
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and responsible alcohol service is required.
• Additional languages are advantageous.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 7,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
