Oversee construction activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
The role covers civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project management teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site resources.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant construction site experience.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, technical drawings, and construction standards.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
- Experience on large-scale construction projects and with Tier 1 contractors is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 8,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at construction sites.
