  • Record collection activity, commitments, and follow-ups; escalate long-outstanding and high-risk accounts.
  • Prepare ageing reports; monitor 30-, 60-, 90-, and 120-plus-day balances; reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Coordinate receipt allocation with Finance; review invoices, credit notes, and statements; support month-end closing and financial reporting.
  • Review credit limits and terms, monitor exposure and recurring delays, support credit assessments, and follow internal approval policies.
  • Recommend recovery actions; maintain customer relationships; resolve payment disputes and negotiate arrangements within approved policies.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders on disputes, documentation, and recovery cases.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly collection reports and forecasts; monitor DSO, ageing, collection efficiency, overdue receivables, and bad-debt exposure; report performance to Finance Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable; UAE market experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer reconciliation, payment follow-ups, and debt recovery.
  • Experience preparing AR ageing reports and collection forecasts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Knowledge of credit control procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; able to manage many customer accounts and meet collection targets.

Preferred experience

  • Experience in real estate, construction, facilities management, property management, or corporate services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with UAE payment practices, invoicing, and customer credit terms; corporate customer and high-value balance experience is preferred.
  • Coordination with Legal and Finance on recovery and escalation cases is preferred.

Compensation

  • Pay is AED 8,000–9,800 per month.

Workplace
