BIM Manager – MEP / Building Services role with an engineering consultancy in Dubai, UAE.
Full-time position; immediate joiners or candidates with flexible notice periods are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead BIM teams and oversee MEP modelling, coordination, and project delivery.
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans, standards, and workflows.
- Manage Revit MEP models, parametric families, libraries, and templates.
- Oversee clash detection, model coordination, and quality assurance using Navisworks.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, public health, architectural, and structural teams.
- Manage BIM 360 collaboration and digital project deliverables.
- Mentor BIM teams and support technical training and process improvements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and international project teams.
Requirements
- Proven BIM team leadership and BIM management experience; management experience is prioritized over modelling experience alone.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience developing BIM Execution Plans, BIM standards, and parametric libraries.
- At least five years of hands-on Revit MEP experience is preferred.
- Engineering design consultancy background is preferred.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Dynamo, AutoLISP, or BIM automation experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 8,000 per month.
