Role Purpose

As a Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for leading showroom operations, managing sales performance, driving customer experience excellence, and ensuring the highest standards of presentation, discipline, and team productivity.

You will play a key leadership role in achieving business targets, developing showroom talent, monitoring daily operations, and representing ROX UAE’s premium automotive identity within a dynamic and luxury-driven showroom environment in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive showroom sales performance.

  • Lead the showroom team effectively.

  • Support team motivation, coaching, and development.
  • Ensure all showroom activities run smoothly and professionally.
  • Maintain a strong sales culture focused on performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise sales consultants, reception, hostess, support staff, and showroom teams.
  • Monitor customer flow, lead management, follow-ups, test drives, bookings, and conversions.
  • Handle customer escalations, complaints, concerns, and special requirements professionally.
  • Ensure the showroom is always clean, organized, presentable, and aligned with ROX UAE standards.
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, showroom performance, team productivity, and customer activity.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, marketing, registration, service, and management teams when required.
  • Support sales consultants in closing deals, handling negotiations, managing customer objections, and improving conversion rates.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, approval processes, pricing guidelines, documentation standards, and internal procedures.
  • Ensure proper handling of customer inquiries, vehicle bookings, quotations, invoices, deposits, handovers, and related sales documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information, sales performance, customer data, pricing, management instructions, and business strategies.
  • Monitor vehicle display standards, showroom readiness, customer waiting areas, reception flow, hospitality, and overall showroom appearance.
  • Identify training needs, performance gaps, conduct concerns, customer service issues, and operational weaknesses within the showroom team.
  • Maintain a professional leadership presence, strong decision-making approach, positive attitude, and excellent conduct while representing the company.
  • Coordinate with management on sales forecasts, stock movement, campaigns, customer feedback, showroom requirements, and operational improvements.
  • Support vehicle launches, VIP visits, management visits, showroom events, exhibitions, campaigns, and special customer experience activities when required.
  • Ensure team members follow grooming standards, attendance requirements, customer service etiquette, showroom rules, and company communication protocols.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve showroom performance, customer journey, sales processes, team productivity, operational efficiency, and brand presentation.

  • Strong attention to detail, discipline, punctuality, ownership, accountability, and premium service presentation.
  • Ability to prepare, review, and analyze sales reports, performance trackers, customer activity, and operational updates.
  • Strong knowledge of showroom operations, sales processes, customer journey, and team performance management.
  • Ability to coordinate professionally with management, employees, customers, suppliers, finance, logistics, marketing, and external stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, lead management tools, sales reports, customer follow-up systems, and automotive documentation processes.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales, showroom management, luxury retail management, dealership operations, customer experience, or premium brand management is required.
  • Minimum 4+ years of managerial experience in showroom management, automotive sales management, luxury retail management, dealership operations, or a related leadership role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive sales operations, vehicle display standards, customer handling, test-drive procedures, vehicle handover, sales documentation, and showroom KPIs is preferred.

Work Conditions

  • Full-time position based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
  • Showroom-based leadership role with daily operational and customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts as required by business operations.
  • Direct interaction with customers, VIP clients, employees, management, sales teams, finance, logistics, marketing, suppliers, and external parties.
  • Regular use of CRM systems, sales reports, lead management tools, MS Office, email, internal communication channels, and showroom operational trackers.
  • May require extended working hours during sales campaigns, VIP visits, management visits, vehicle launches, events, month-end closing, urgent customer requirements, or operational needs.
  • Continuous involvement in sales management, team supervision, customer handling, showroom monitoring, performance follow-up, and operational coordination throughout working hours.
