Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect completed vehicle jobs.
• Verify repair quality and accuracy.
• Ensure high service quality standards.
• Check vehicles before customer delivery.
• Conduct final quality checks after repairs.
• Maintain accurate quality control records.
• Support technicians with quality observations.
• Ensure vehicles are safe, clean, and road-ready.
• Report defects or incomplete work immediately.
• Confirm that all approved job card work has been completed.
• Perform road tests when required and authorized by management.
• Identify repeat repairs, workmanship issues, and technical concerns.
• Ensure customer concerns are properly addressed before vehicle handover.
• Check vehicle interior, exterior, cleanliness, functionality, and overall condition.
• Review job cards, inspection sheets, repair notes, and customer complaints when required.
• Ensure all quality checks are completed in line with company procedures and service standards.
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, workshop supervisors, and management.
• Verify that parts replacement, repairs, maintenance, diagnosis, and final checks are completed properly.
• Report safety concerns, technical risks, unresolved issues, or quality failures to the concerned supervisor.
• Monitor vehicle preparation standards for service delivery, customer handover, and showroom requirements.
• Assist in reducing customer complaints, repeat visits, comeback jobs, warranty issues, and operational quality failures.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information, vehicle records, technical reports, and company matters at all times.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, workshop rules, quality standards, and automotive service center requirements.
• Ensure all vehicles leaving the service center reflect ROX UAE’s premium standards of safety, quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Support continuous improvement by highlighting recurring issues, process gaps, technician errors, or service quality concerns.
• Maintain a professional attitude, technical accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent conduct while representing the Service Department.
• Support service center teams during urgent deliveries, VIP customer vehicles, management requests, inspections, campaigns, and special service activities.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve inspection quality, service accuracy, repair standards, documentation, customer satisfaction, and workshop efficiency.

• Valid UAE driving license is strongly preferred.

• Ability to perform road tests safely when required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English is required.
• Arabic language skills or additional languages are preferred.
• Ability to identify technical defects, repair gaps, and quality concerns.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple vehicle inspections efficiently.
• Ability to coordinate professionally with service advisors, technicians, supervisors, customers, and management.
• Good knowledge of vehicle systems, service procedures, repair standards, maintenance checks, and diagnostic basics.
• Good knowledge of workshop safety, job cards, inspection reports, repair documentation, and vehicle handover standards.
• Previous experience in automotive quality control, workshop inspection, service center operations, vehicle maintenance, repair supervision, or technical inspection is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of automotive service experience, including hands-on technical, inspection, workshop, quality control, or service center experience, preferably within dealership, premium automotive, luxury automotive, or authorized service center environments.

Work Conditions

• Full-time position based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
• Service center-based role with regular workshop and vehicle inspection duties.
• Rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts as required by business operations.
• Direct interaction with technicians, service advisors, workshop supervisors, management, drivers, customers, suppliers, and external parties.
• Regular use of job cards, inspection checklists, diagnostic reports, service records, vehicle documents, workshop tools, and internal reporting systems.
• Continuous standing, walking, vehicle checking, road testing, inspection, reporting, coordination, and operational follow-up throughout working hours.
• May require extended working hours during urgent deliveries, customer escalations, VIP vehicles, high service volume, technical inspections, campaigns, or operational requirements.
