Overview
We are seeking a skilled Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dubai Trade and Calogi platforms, as well as comprehensive knowledge of import/export processes.
You’ll be responsible for managing Bills of Lading, coordinating with liners, processing commercial invoices, and issuing required export documents like certificates of origin.
Administrative tasks related to CRM and document control will also form part of your role.
Key Qualifications
Proven experience with Dubai Trade
Proficiency in Calogi
Knowledge of import processes, including Bills of Lading
Experience communicating with shipping liners and using various shipping portals.
Familiarity with air waybill creation, BoE processes, and cancellation procedures.
Experience issuing commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and handling export documentation.
Strong administrative skills, including document processing and CRM use.
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
