UKR Trading is hiring an Admin & Accounts Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Posting payments
  • Issuing invoices and payment slips
  • Confirming incoming payments
  • Following up on pending payments
  • Maintaining accurate accounting records
  • Reordering office supplies and pantry items
  • Organizing team activities and office events
  • Planning birthday celebrations and team gatherings
  • Coordinating office maintenance and daily operations
  • Supervising office cleaner
  • Supporting e-commerce and operations teams with admin tasks

Requirements

  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Good Excel and computer skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and follow up independently
  • Experience in e-commerce or office coordination is a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Office timing 8:30-17:30
  • Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
