Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized **Female Office Administrator** to manage and coordinate daily office operations.
The role involves handling administrative, accounting, e-commerce, purchasing, shipping, and HR-related tasks.
1. Accounting Support
- Maintain basic accounting records and books
- Assist in accounting control and data entry
- Coordinate with accounts for posting and reports
2. E-commerce Operations
- Handle product listings on online platforms
- Update, analyze, and manage product data
- Support daily e-commerce tasks and multitasking
3. Purchasing
- Handle purchase requests and coordinate with suppliers
- Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries
- Maintain purchase records
4. Shipping & Logistics
- Coordinate import and export processes
- Handle shipping documentation
- Experience with Dubai Trade, airport processes, or Calogi is an advantage
5. Office Administration, HR & Coordination
- Monitor and organize office records and data
- Assist in HR and administrative tasks
- Support staff coordination in a team of 6–10 employees
Requirements
- Female candidate
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Good English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting processes
- Experience in e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Knowledge in import/export and shipping procedures preferred
- Organized, multitasker, and detail-oriented
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour
