Consultant role focused on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation for UAE/GCC localization.
The posting requires at least 10 years of SuccessFactors experience, ECP certification, and three completed end-to-end ECP implementations.
Payroll and localization expertise
- Requires domain knowledge of UAE/GCC HCM payroll localization and expert SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementation experience for these localizations.
- Requires knowledge of SuccessFactors payroll and integration, including Employee Central and SAP Finance or third-party finance systems.
Technical knowledge
- Requires knowledge of SAP database tables and data elements for data extraction, mapping, and transformation, as well as SAP activation methodology.
- The consultant should have good communication and presentation skills.
Implementation and support
- Configure business-process changes, time and payroll rules and schemas, and GCC-specific time types and payroll requirements.
- Update or develop custom solutions, reports, and workflows; support integrations from a functional perspective.
- Provide customer business consulting, training and materials, and post-go-live issue resolution.
