Senior SAP Application Consultant, Sales

Role Overview

Client Engagement and Consulting

• Build relationships with clients to understand their processes, objectives, and challenges.
• Lead workshops to demonstrate SAP best practices and identify business requirements.
• Analyze current processes and design optimized future-state processes aligned with SAP best practices.
• Present solution options and collaborate with stakeholders on integrated business requirements.
• Ensure SAP configuration, testing, documentation, and client handover meet defined requirements.
• Lead SAP Activate activities and coordinate delivery, progress monitoring, and risk mitigation.

Internal Responsibilities

• Provide SAP and business best-practice advisory services internally.
• Mentor junior and associate consultants.
• Pursue continuous education and annual career development goals.
• Support presales activities and discovery work to establish project scope.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SD project implementation experience with OTC and other sales modules.
• 2+ years of leadership experience on SAP SD implementation projects or production support.
• 2+ years of integration experience with other process areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Business Process Consultant or in a similar SAP-focused role.
• Strong SAP solution and module knowledge, including SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

• Annual base compensation ranges from $126,696 to $191,271.
• Actual compensation depends on organizational needs and the candidate's skills, certifications, and experience.
