Role overview

Client consulting responsibilities

• Build client relationships and understand business processes, objectives, and challenges.
• Prepare and lead workshops to demonstrate SAP best practices and identify business requirements.
• Advise clients on SAP and business best practices.
• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state processes aligned with SAP best practices.
• Present solution options and collaborate with stakeholders on integrated business requirements.
• Ensure SAP configuration aligns with defined processes.
• Manage tasks assigned to offshore counterparts and junior consultants; ensure timely deliverables.
• Ensure configuration and development testing is complete and documented before client handover.
• Lead activities across SAP Activate methodology phases and coordinate project delivery, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.

Internal responsibilities

• Provide SAP and business process advisory services.
• Mentor junior and associate consultants.
• Support presales and project discovery activities to establish scope of work.
• Pursue continuous education and annual career goals.

Position requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP MM/EWM implementation experience and experience with other SAP modules.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience on SAP MM/EWM implementations or production support.
• At least 2 years of integration experience with other process areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Process Consultant or similar SAP project role.
• Manufacturing expertise and SAP MM/EWM expertise, with additional expertise in other modules.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA; proficiency in business process modeling and documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Applicants must be willing to travel up to 100% based on client and project needs.

Compensation

• Annual base compensation range is $126,696 to $191,271; the offer depends on organizational needs and the candidate's skills, certifications, and experience.
