• Senior: 8 - 12 Years

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)

Senior Architect:

📌 Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture & implementation (Employee Center, ITSM, HRSD)

📌 Hands-on experience with:

• CMDB, Service Mapping, UI Builder
• IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs
• Environment setup (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod)

📌 Integration experience with:

• Oracle Fusion (HR / Finance / Procurement)
• IAM tools (Saviynt / SailPoint – exposure)

📌 Strong knowledge of:

• RBAC, security models, OAuth 2.0
• Upgrade-safe configurations & minimal customization

📌 Experience in greenfield implementations is mandatory

📌 ServiceNow Certified System Architect (preferred)

Principal Architect:

📌 Proven experience as Enterprise / Principal Architect in ServiceNow

📌 Strong expertise in:

• Architecture governance & design authority
• Enterprise platform strategy & scalability
• Vendor-led implementation oversight

📌 Deep experience with:

• Oracle Fusion integrations (HR, Finance, Procurement)
• IAM platforms (Saviynt / SailPoint)
• Workforce lifecycle automation (JML)

📌 Strong knowledge of:

• Event-driven architecture & API integrations
• Security frameworks (ISO 27001, SoD, audit compliance)
• Identity lifecycle & access governance

📌 Experience defining:

• ServiceNow operating model & governance framework
• KPI-driven platform performance & sustainability

📌 Ability to challenge vendor designs and prevent architectural debt
