We are seeking an experienced
IT Digital Transformation Project Manager
to lead and deliver enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives with a strong focus on Data Migration, Master Data Management (MDM), System Modernization, and Business Process Transformation.
The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, vendor management, and ensuring successful implementation of data-driven transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital transformation projects across multiple business functions.
- Drive large-scale Data Migration initiatives, ensuring data quality, integrity, validation, and successful cutover.
- Manage Master Data Management (MDM) programs, including governance, data standards, data quality frameworks, and stewardship processes.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure project success.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into project deliverables.
- Establish project governance structures, status reporting, and executive-level communication.
- Oversee data mapping, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and migration activities.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and data governance standards.
- Monitor project KPIs, milestones, risks, dependencies, and change management activities.
- Support ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, Cloud, and enterprise application transformation initiatives.
- Drive user adoption, training, and business readiness activities during project rollout.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
- Certification or experience in Data Management, MDM, or Data Governance is an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 8–15 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing Digital Transformation or Enterprise IT Projects.
- Proven experience delivering Data Migration, MDM, Data Governance, or System Modernization projects.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise application implementations (ERP, CRM, HRMS, Finance Systems, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle management and data quality frameworks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
