Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose elevator and escalator technical issues.
- Repair and maintain elevator and escalator systems.
- Conduct PPM to support system performance and safety.
- Follow safety regulations and company standards.
- Record maintenance and repair activities accurately.
- Work with team members to provide customer service.
Qualifications and experience
- ITI, diploma in electrical or mechanical, or B.Tech qualification.
- 5–8 years of elevator and escalator industry experience.
- Knowledge of system components, troubleshooting, repairs, safety requirements, and industry practices.
- Problem-solving, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; able to work independently.
