Supports new-equipment operations through estimates, contracts, contract-scope negotiations, and competitive market intelligence.
Works under the guidance of the Manager – New Equipment and follows company business policies and procedures.
Sales and client responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize client contracts, pre-qualification and technical proposal documents, estimates, and quotations.
- Negotiate new-equipment agreements and address potential client risks in contract terms.
- Execute sales strategies to grow market share and build relationships with developers and contractors.
- Coordinate agreement implementation with Aftermarket and Service teams.
- Inspect delivered and installed equipment against contractual scope.
- Track competitors and market offerings to position Otis in proposals.
- Support timely payment collection and maintain contract records, reports, and pipeline forecasts.
- Comply with company quality procedures and ISO policies.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant elevator or escalator sales and marketing experience in the UAE.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
Preferred qualification
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
