The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and performing planned preventive maintenance on elevators and escalators.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in elevators and escalators.
- Repair and maintain elevator and escalator systems.
- Conduct planned preventive maintenance to support optimal performance and safety.
- Comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Collaborate with team members to provide customer service.
Qualifications and experience
- ITI, diploma in electrical or mechanical studies, or B.Tech.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
- Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems and components.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work independently and with a team, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
