Key Responsibilities
- These responsibilities generally describe the nature of the position and may not be all inclusive:
- Full accountability of the service PL
- Lead the service division's strategic approach including service growth strategy, sales strategy and annual planning.
- Lead the Service team managers.
- Build and maintain strategic customer relationships to support retention, growth, and long-term business development.
- Build and develop the Service leadership team, including succession planning, talent development, and organizational capability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to meet business goals.
- Maintain an effective pricing structure.
- Identify opportunities for growth and targeted customer strategies.
- Identify and support process improvements and organizational structure.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC service industry
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within the HVAC service industry
- Demonstrated experience in business development, strategic planning, and P&L management.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies in a service-oriented industry.
