Key Responsibilities
- Work over forklifts, excavators, aerial work platforms (AWP), and other construction equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery.
- Provide field service support at customer sites when required.
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair heavy equipment and machinery efficiently.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and reduce breakdowns.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers as well as internal teams.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and team members regarding service updates and technical issues.
- Document all service activities, prepare reports, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Other tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Proven experience in a technical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
- Willingness to travel and provide on-site support.
- Valid driver’s license.
