The Service Crew / Cashier role supports customer service and daily food-retail store operations.
Store and Customer Service Duties
- Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service.
- Maintain a clean store and present products in an appealing manner.
- Stay current and customer focused.
- Determine and respond to customer needs to a high standard.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures.
- Welcome customers, engage them in conversation, and help them as needed.
Candidate Qualifications
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Candidates must be attentive to customer needs and focused on customer satisfaction.
- The role requires organization, prioritization, multitasking, flexibility, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales standards and customer service routines is required.
- Proficient math skills are required for cash and credit card payments.
- Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets, data programs, and PowerPoint, are required.
- Candidates must work well with others and manage schedules and inventory.
- Three years of food-retail experience is preferred.
Language
- English proficiency is preferred.
