Key Responsibilities
- Manage opening and closing, inventory, and vendor orders.
- Hire, train, schedule, and mentor staff.
- Resolve customer complaints and create a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor sales targets, handle cash reporting, and ensure budgetary compliance.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, cleaning protocols, and temperature logs.
- Improve customer experience and support shop profitability.
Qualifications
