Customer service and sales
- Responds to customer feedback and inquiries and reports complaints to the line manager.
- Takes orders, sells and upsells products, suggests choices, and works to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Greets customers at the Bachir Ice Cream counter and suggests ice cream flavors.
- Supports brand goals and KPIs, including budgeted sales, cost of goods, average check, and customer service satisfaction.
Outlet operations and safety
- Monitors stock, inventories, and product quality and completes daily checklists.
- Assists with cleaning, scooping, organizing the outlet, replenishing display stock, and waste disposal.
- Completes inventory and opening and closing checklists.
- Handles delivery orders and follows hygiene and safety rules when dispatching orders.
- Maintains a safe, secure, healthy environment under brand guidelines and local regulations.
- Maintains proper uniform, personal hygiene, and cleanliness and protects company assets.
- Communicates and hands over information to the Outlet Manager and Shift In-Charge.
Commute or relocation
- Must reliably commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting work.
Work location
- Work is in person at the outlet.
